We appreciate these are challenging and difficult times with the ongoing pandemic. Our commitment to you and your loved one is, we will keep you fully informed of changes with guidance and how this will impact on your experience of the home.

We will ensure our staff work safely with infection control guidance and we will always adhere to public health guidance. All our staff undergo weekly COVID-19 testing and our residents are tested every 28 days following completion of best interest decisions where needed.

We will ensure that PPE and hand sanitiser facilities are available and risk assessments are undertaken as required. We will facilitate a safe space for visits so you are able to maintain relationships with your loved ones.
